Academic Senate

Academic Senate advises and makes recommendations to the Vice President for Academic Affairs on matters of faculty-wide concern to their respective constituencies, & informs the academic community of issues under consideration.

Admissions and Academic Policies Committee (AAPC)

Respond to issues relevant to academic advisement & academic proficiency; conducts periodic review and evaluation of the Undergraduate Academic Proficiency Policies; hears and acts on academic appeals.

All Student Judiciary (ASJ)

Decide issues regarding challenges to ASNMU decisions and other cases that go through campus.

Athletic Council

The Athletic Council is advisory to the President of the University on matters pertaining to intercollegiate athletics. Final authority on changes of policy governing the operation of the intercollegiate athletic program rests with the President. Bookstore Advisory

Students on this committee serve as student advocates on issues of concern to the student body and the operation of the bookstore.

Campus Master Plan

The Campus Master Plan Committee will advise University administration on the implementation and updating of the Campus Master Plan. The committee will review proposals for the development or renovation of campus buildings and land to ensure that the proposals are consistent with the University's Campus Master Plan.

CHP Plant

Committee on Undergraduate Programs (CUP)

CUP is responsible for all matters relating to undergraduate courses and course patterns, including programs in Liberal Studies and Teacher Edu.; approves additions or deletions of courses and changes in programmatic requirements.

Committee on University Violence

Educational Technology Resources Policy Committee (ETRPC)

Discusses the different aspects of technology on campus. Will decide the recipients of the new Technology Awards

Enrollment Management Network

It is a systematic, holistic process that integrates the university?s vision, institutional characteristics, processes, and procedures with student characteristics & decision-making processes to achieve optimum student recruitment, retention & graduation goals.

Parking and Traffic Committee

The Parking and Traffic Committee will serve as the central clearinghouse for complaints (other than traffic violations), suggestions, and recommendations concerning both traffic and parking matters. This Committee will review traffic flow patterns and parking needs and make such recommendations as are required to solve these concerns to the President's Council for review and action. In cooperation with the Department of Public Safety and Police Services, this Committee will review the parking code and traffic violations manual, motor vehicle registration fees, and the parking fine schedule on a regular basis and suggest changes and modifications as required.

President's Roundtable

A gathering of Hall leaders across campus to discuss issues and create new ideas. Representatives sent to this committee serve as a laison between ASNMU and the Hall governments.
