  1. I want to know how the smoking ban is going because I’m sick of people (including people who work at ASNMU) smoking 5 feet from the doors….right in front of the sign that says “no smoking: 30 feet from door”.

  2. I would like to put a cross walk on wright street to the freshman parking lot. It always takes FOREVER to cross the street b/c of so much traffic. I talked to Jack and she said that this would be a good opportunity to bring it up :)

  3. As a student that will be graduating in may and possibly donating money back to NMU. I would like to address the Campus Master Plan, and suggest a remodel of the Berry Event Center and the addition of a new Basketball Arena. Growing up in Marquette I remember the Days when Hedgecock was a field house and the Basketball games were not only attended but often times sold out. I have not seen this kind of atmosphere in the Berry Event Center for basketball. Also the design of the Berry Event Center Seating was done poorly and because of this you never see the seating completely filled even during sold out hockey games. Lakeview Arena wasn’t as big but the seating was better and more comfortable. I guess my main concern is that a design team is properly selected for new buildings to ensure alumni and future alumni that the problems that have come up after construction on buildings built in the last 10 years on campus. A Example would be the renovated dorms. I’ve heard great things about them. It’s not really a question, but more of fruit for thought.
